Coordination Decision-Making for Intelligent Transformation of Logistics Services under Capital Constraint

The intelligent transformation of logistics plays a significant role in meeting the diverse needs customers, improving operational efficiency, and reducing carbon emissions activities. Therefore, to achieve sustainable development, enterprises need face decision-making problem transformation. In this paper, we construct Stackelberg game model between financially constrained logistics-service provider (LSP) well-funded integrator (LSI) discuss impact wholesale price contract, cost-sharing revenue-sharing two-part tariff hybrid contract on intelligence level services, profits supply-chain members, channel for demand. We found that cannot Pareto improvement members. addition, increase bank-loan interest rates would seriously weaken market demand entire service. However, when consumers do not have high requirements power–price can create win–win situation members within certain range; contrary, cost sharing revenue is best choice. Moreover, process design it necessary pay attention influence price-sensitivity coefficient decision-making.
